Wondering which session length is best for you?
We offer 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.
A 30 minute session is best used for “spot treatment” or a specific injured area of the body.
A 60 minute session is most popular and what is recommended for most people. This is the traditional full body massage time frame and even if you’re in for a specific problem, it is always best to address the whole body every session.
A 90 minute session is wonderful for extra attention on your area of choice and still leaves ample time for completing the full body with attention to detail. Some clients find this extra 30 minutes makes all the difference in their relaxation/therapeutic session.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check or credit. We bill insurance for automobile accident claims only. Massage La Mesa deep tissue massage and sports therapy offers bodywork for chronic pain and sports injuries.
